Classic Displays was awarded our Christmas Decor/ Santa Display for Christmas 2016, let's just say they did not disappoint.
From the beginning, the team, primarily Adam, was in contact with me and went over what my thoughts and wishes were for the project. Not only did they understand and deliver exactly what I had in mind, they kept me apprised of all the details along the way.
The attention to detail that Classic Displays put into their work is incredible, down to the videos, sketches and labeling of everything so anyone would be able to assemble it, to exact color choice, materials and overall message and emotion we wanted our display to represent. With 180 stores occupying 2.2 million square feet in a very multicultural urban area, Heartland Town Centre has very unique requirements when it's time for the holiday season.
In order for all our shoppers and tenants to feel equally included in the Holiday Decor program, it is most important that the centre maintains a consistency of coverage throughout all areas of the property, which encompasses over 40 buildings.
In 2006, Classic Displays proposed pole mounted "Shooting Star" displays using reflective garland materials, providing daytime visibility and nighttime prominence as displays are mounted on existing light standards.
Every year since 2006, Classic Displays has efficiently installed, removed and stored our Shooting Star Displays (in which we now have 271 displays) in one single overnight so our tenants and customers can enjoy the seasonal decor at the exact time, regardless of their location in our expansive centre.
Although rarely required, and often at the cause of adverse weather conditions, Classic Displays consistently responds to our service requirements while displays are on site, and completes the removal of the displays promptly when instructed. They are proactive in their approach ensuring our maintenance team is notified promptly and should there be any service issues.
We confidently recommend Classic Displays for their outstanding quality of products and services.

The Galt on the Grand Business Improvement Association have used the services of Classic Displays for our holiday décor, outside furniture and installation and removal of banners in Downtown Cambridge.
Chris Tucker demonstrates a clear understanding of how the Business Improvement Association works and the guidelines that we adhere to when dealing with city or regional staff. Strong communication skills are necessary in order to work together for a common goal. Chris and his team at Classic Displays have that ability. More importantly there is a trust factor. I know that Chris will do the very best he can do to ensure the BIA is happy with the outcome.
Classic Displays will work with you providing insight into what products are best suited for your particular project. Most recently the Galt BIA purchased Christmas décor and together we devised a payment plan allowing us to purchase a portion of décor over a 3 year period. This year we have completed the décor project in its entirety. This plan includes a maintenance package consisting of installation, removal, cleaning, annual repairs and storage. With everything under one umbrella it is much easier to budget for and worry free.
I have dealt with Chris Tucker for the last 10 years and would highly recommend Classic Displays. Chris Tucker and his team are professional, work within the allotted time frame, are detailed oriented, deliver what they promise and are easy to work with.
