Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for five (5) years from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

 

Limitations of Liability

 

Classic Displays warrants that should defects occur with a Classic Displays product, the company herein recognizes that it will produce a replacement product and ship it to the original owner at no charge.

 

Classic Displays shall not be liable for any consequential damages that the product may receive through incorrect usage, incorrect assembly or storage, vandalism, accidents, UV fading, visible rust, damage caused by animals, adverse environment conditions, or used in conjunction with materials harmful to the product (i.e road salt). This warranty does not cover wear and tear, and maintenance work is not considered a warranty issue.

 

In the event that defective materials are received, please advise our office immediately to expedite replacement materials.

 

Acceptance of Merchandise

When accepting shipment, missing cartons or visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading/receipt of delivery, and reported to our office immediately. Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses:

 

  • 5 Years - Frame; Ends; Substrate
  • 2 Years - Ashwood Lumber
  • 1 Year - Wood Finish

Warranty Coverage - Banner Arms

 

10 Years

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for ten years from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

 

This product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the public, accidents, damage from Acts of God, UV Fading, visible rust, materials harmful to product i.e road salt, or improper setup. Modifying the product in any way without written approval from Classic Displays may void the warranty.

 

If a product malfunctions under warranty, Classic Displays will replace the item as soon as possible at no cost to the client.

 

In the event that defective materials are received, please advise our office immediately to expedite replacement materials.

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for one (1) year on all LED lighting from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

LED Rope Light Displays Warranty

 

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays LED Rope Light or LED Bulb Light product for two years from the date of purchase, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

 

For Seasonal LED Rope Light/LED Bulb Light Display Items, normal operational uses of units are for up to 3 Months of usage per season, for a total of 12 hours of usage every 24 hours. For example November 1st through January 31st the following year, from 5pm until 5am. During the 9 months of the season when units are not in use, they must be stored in an indoor environment protected from the elements.

This product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the public. The warranty will cover defective workmanship and materials. Decorations will require maintenance over the term of the campaign to ensure they keep functioning as intended, such as cleaning Wreaths ornaments, or LED Bulb fixtures when items are not in use.

 

This maintenance work is not considered a warranty issue. Where possible, maintenance estimates will be supplied for the proposed concept and will be adhered to. If a product malfunctions under warranty, Classic Displays will replace the item as soon as possible at no cost to the client.

This product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the public, accidents, damage from Acts of God, UV Fading, visible rust, materials harmful to product i.e road salt, or improper setup or storage (outdoor storage when not in use).

 

The warranty will cover against defective workmanship and materials. Decorations will require maintenance over the term of the campaign to ensure they keep functioning as intended. This maintenance work is not considered a warranty issue.

 

All décor should be stored in a climate controlled facility away from the elements. Outdoor storage when not in use, modifying the decor in any way without written approval from Classic Displays may void the warranty.

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for five (5) years from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses..

 

Lighting Warranty

 

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for one (1) year on all LED lighting from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

 

Mylar Garland Warranty

 

Classic Displays warrants to the original owner of a Classic Displays product for one (2) year on Mylar Garland from the date of substantial completion, that the product they receive will be free from defective workmanship and materials when subjected to proper and normal uses.

Please note that due to the nature of LED lighting, up to a 10% reduction in illumination is normal after approximately the first 10,000 hours.
