The Project: Commercial Bike Racks for a Residential Developer

The original specifications for Lash Group’s bike room called for numerous two-tier bicycle racks. This configuration carried a substantial cost and presented challenges for cyclists accessing the upper-level spaces.

Classic Displays reviewed the proposed design to find a more practical commercial bike rack solution while preserving the required number of bicycle parking spaces.

Our Solution: A Revised Layout Using Stacker Bike Racks

After reviewing the bike room drawings and layouts, we redesigned the parking configuration using our Stacker Bike Racks, manufactured in Ontario, Canada.

The vertically offset design provided an alternative to the specified two-tier system. By considering rack selection and room layout together, we maintained the required bicycle parking capacity while improving ease of access and reducing the customer’s costs.

The Result: Easier Access, Lower Costs and Maintained Capacity

The revised configuration delivered a more accessible, user-friendly bicycle parking solution with significant cost savings and no reduction in required parking capacity.
